✍️ New Order — Create D/O, planner places a D/O manually
On behalf of a registered customer (their own dropdown locations), or a walk-in with no account (free-text consignor/consignee — a planner is trusted, unlike the customer portal's dropdown-only safeguard). Lands in Orders as an Acknowledged order, ready for a planner to Approve/Reject — exactly like a WhatsApp or portal order.
Transfer D/O (Sub D/O): moves an existing D/O to another branch. Goods lines and freight are not entered; charges are not copied.

Current extraction mode: …. Regex mode costs zero LLM tokens; labels tolerate minor typos/spacing and Chinese aliases (see below). A message missing a required field gets bounced back asking the customer to resend a complete order; anything with no recognisable labels at all is silently ignored.

👥 Customers — registered accounts
Edit any field, then Save — writes an audit row. Pickup/delivery locations are managed via "View as".
📜 Contract Rates — per-customer overrides (module 7 follow-up, item 8)
Pick a registered customer to view or set their own contract rates. Only checked types are overridden — an unchecked type falls back to the global Rate Card automatically. A customer with no contract at all quotes exactly like today.
💰 Rate Card — module 7 quotation rates
Per Unit is Max's confirmed rate. The other 5 are DRAFT placeholders so a quote is never blank — update the fields below the moment Max gives real numbers, then Save. No code change or redeploy needed.
Comparison Settings — best-offer recommendation thresholds
Controls the multi-type quote comparison (Orders → Create → Compare all applicable types). "Practical" range is advisory — a type outside it is still shown and computable, just not picked as the top recommendation unless nothing else qualifies. No code change or redeploy needed.
🧑✈️ Drivers — fleet roster
Click a driver to see their profile (trips, routes, total km, accident records). Default lorry is used automatically by Assign unless overridden.
🚚 Lorries — fleet roster
Type/capacity drive the Assign suggestion score. Setting status to "maintenance" removes a lorry from every suggestion until it's back to active.
